Chromatic

Chromatic affects the the eyes and/or the mouth, overriding the normal color they would inherit from their parents! This means if the parents have blue and green eyes, the pup can then have orange eyes! This also applies to the mouth, permitting you to change it to any color you wish.

• The chosen color will be inheritable.

• The eyes and mouth don't have to be the same color, but they can if you want.

Rules for Eye colors

1. The chosen color must affect the whole eye, and both of them. It doesn't allow split colors like Heterochromia.

2. Chromatic mutation also allows you to use black sclera even if you have no parents or grandparents in lineage with it.

3. Since Chimera doesn't allow sectoral heterochromia, only two eye colors can be present if Chimera and Chromatic are both present – one from a parent and one from Chromatic.

4. If both Heterochromia and Chromatic are present, you can pick one color from the parents, and the other color can be any of your choice.

5. If both Heterochromia and Chromatic are present, in a geno with Piebald, Koi or Ink, you can pick one color of your choice (because of Chromatic mutation), and the other color/s must be from the parents or grandparents (due to Heterochromia and Piebald/Ink/Koi)

6. In case of Melanism and/or Albinism, Chromatic will override the rules, allowing you to pick any color you desire. Which is also inheritable to the melanistic/albinistic kukuri’s pups. With albinism, the pupil still needs to be relatively light or white.

7. Eyecolor names can be unique, as long as they are color names. i.e. "Deep purple" is acceptable, but "fish" or "void" are not!

Rules for Mouth colors

1. Chosen mouth color must affect the whole mouth, though you can still add spots that are a darker version of the mouth color.

2. If both Chimera and Chromatic are present, you can use three colors for the mouth: 1 from each base coat and one from Chromatic.

3. In case of Melanism and/or Albinism, Chromatic will override the rules, allowing you to pick any color you desire.
