Scales
This mutation creates scaley armor on kuku's limbs, giving them quite a benefit in battles. As such, a kukuri with this mutation gets +2 defence. The scales follow same rules as ears - technically they are free, but they follow the normal marking color limits, and mimic the markings in the body.
Modifiying Scales
More scales can be added to the import with a Scroll of Modification, but only if a kukuri already has scales mutation! Scales can't cover more than 50% of the kukuri. Scales can be slightly spiked, but too much lift from the skin will result in modification being declined. If scales hide markings under them, they can duplicate the markings or be same color as the original scales (so added scales are no more 'free area' for coloring).Spider and Scales
