Admins and the Team
Kukuri-ARPG is run by volunteers, who are essential in keeping areas working by lending us their free time to do so.
As humans we do sometimes make mistakes or have misunderstandings, and we ask for your kindness and patience in advance
whenever it happens as we fix the problem. We understand that it can be frustrating, and sometimes it hard to swallow the
frustration, but the admins do not deserve to get attacked for humanly mistakes. Thank you for understanding!

Join the Team
Being an admin is not a easy or carefree position, many of the areas within the team are labor intensive and require a certain personality type. There are many areas that need worked to make the group run, and none of them are more important then the next. Being an admin is all about making sure the group is running smoothly via teamwork and communication. If you are interested in joining our team, look below to see what we look for in an admin, and to see if there are any open positions!
What does it mean to be an admin?
Being an admin for Kukuri means that you must work well with others. Teamwork and communication are some of our
top values. Being socially awkward or having a quiet personality is not a problem to us, but we need to know if
you are struggling with something, need a time off, or are confused. We are kind and understanding as long as we
know what's going on!
Being an admin also does not put you above any member or other admins. All players of the group are equal and should
be treated as such. Any mentality of "top dog" or "mighter then thou" will not be tolerated.
Admins are also able to see future plans and functions we plan on adding to the group; these discussions are expected to
be kept secret. Admins may also see some confidential numbers depending on the area they work in, and just as with
future plans, these numbers should be kept secret. Should an admin be found leaking plans or numbers to members,
there will be punishment.
Applying to the Team:
As teamwork and the atmosphere of our team is a priority, we look for people who match well with and get along with
the current admins on the team. As such we ask you to share a bit about yourself. You dont need to spill your soul to
us, but enough for us to know a bit about you! We also ask for your discord tag, as we use discord for our main form
of communication. You should also have a understanding, or willingness to learn google sheets and docs as we log and
bank many things using these tools!
If you have bad blood with someone on the team, it would not be good for them or you to be in the same team, so you
might be declined in those cases. But dont take this as an absolute no! We believe that people can improve themselves
over time, so if you arent accepted once, you can always try again in the future.
Being active in the game and in the chat is also helpful, but not a must.
